Over the years a couple of additions were added. Then a tree fell through the roof and it sat abandoned before Greg found it and decided it was worth fixing up.

The result is a comfortable very functional little house with a kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, and half bath downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs that share a central full bath.
